My business is very small. Do I really need a website ?

Yes, if you have a business, you should have a website. The reason is that every serious business needs to have a web presence so that customers, potential employees, business partners and perhaps even investors can quickly and easily find out more about your business and the products or services you have to offer.

What is the fee of a website design / custom design website ?

The rate of custom designed website is completely dependent on what you want on your website. The more graphics and pages that you require, the greater the time that is necessary to construct your site. We will give you an estimate after you indicate to us what elements (Database Driven site. Multimedia effects, validation, logins, guest book's etc.) you want to include in your website.

Do you offer a payment schedule?

Yes, we split the payment into two. The first 50% is usually taken once you have seen the mockup of your homepage and you’re happy to move forward. The following 50% is taken 30 days after this.

If we already have a Website, what can you improve on it ?

We have the resources and expertise to make your site design more attractive and credible. And also improve rank of website on Search Engine at your products / services.

What if I already have a graphic designer?

We have no problem with it. We are happy to work with your graphic designer. They can provide the graphics to us and we will put them into the website for you!

Will I be able to expand my site at a later date ?

Yes! We can easily add more pages or additional functions for you.

How long does it take to build a website?

It takes approximately 8-12 weeks to build a website from start to finish, providing we have all the information from you. Our full web design process is broken down here. Generally speaking, the website will only take a long time if we are still waiting for text and images from yourself.

What if I don’t want to manage the website at all. Can you do it all for me?

Yes, we can arrange a maintenance package to suit your needs. This can range from 1hr per month to 10 hours per month and we can discuss a package that’s right for you.

Can I update the website myself once it’s been built?

Yes. We like to offer the ability for our clients to update the website themselves. We we’ll give you all the training and tools to be able to make website amendments. We use a easy to use platform called WordPress so you can add edit and delete content without paying us to do it for you.

If we already have Apps or Software, what can you improve on it ?

We have the resources and expertise to make your Apps or Software to customize or improve due to work as your business demand or required.

Why should I outsource when I could just hire in-house?
